Hi Noah, we understand that waiting for your decals can be frustrating. Sending us a simple reminder would have put your request to the top of the pile and would have given us a 2nd chance to respond. Please understand that we receive hundreds of new enquiries each week, and we can't possibly go back and read messages from 5 months ago. You have placed 4 orders over the last 4 years without a single complaint, one of which was a custom decal kit. It is very surprising from a repeat customer who seems to be happy with our products. I regret that you felt the need to leave a 1 star review here. The decals have to be set up, printed, dried, finished, then packed and shipped. We don't have any items sitting on a shelf. Please remember that our products are ALL made to order. Your most recent order was turned around in 2 working days. In response to your comment about decals 'taking ages to send out', well that's simply not true in your case. There is no such thing as a 5 minute job, especially one that requires custom artwork, setup, design proofs etc. The customisation we do is usually limited to the range of decals that we already offer. We ARE a small company and do not have the surplus design time to take on every job. You are correct, we do not always take on one-off custom orders like this. In our first response we asked you to allow a few more days for the decals to arrive. Thurs 7/9 - email received 11:20 Thurs 7/9 - replied to email 15:28 Mon 11/9 - email received 12:19 Mon 11/9 - Trustpilot review 15:22 Mon 11/9 - replied to email 23:40 As you can see, we responded to your emails within 12 hours on both occasions. Saturday 26/8 - Order placed Mon 28/8 - Order processed and decals printed Tues 29/8 - Decals finished. In the interest of fairness, here is the timeline for your recent order. We appreciate your feedback on our customer service, but the claims made in your review are not accurate. A lot of things have changed over the last 2 years and the majority of orders are now shipped within 3 working days, allowing for our production schedule and drying time etc. We are sorry that your decals didn't arrive within the stated shipping time, and we always ask for some patience as shipping times do vary for each country within the EU.
